Replying to so I think that saying ADHD is a superpower is more nuanced than a literal interpretation of the term because one who has lived with ADHD typically has suffered a lot of uncertainty because of lack of knowledge and understanding of the kind of system their mind operates under. And often this feels like a disability because it is so disempowering, example, the fact that I seemed to “lack the discipline” to follow through on a lot of the things people typically have no trouble following through on or committing to.
So in many instances it felt like failure was inevitable or fated and I don’t know if you are familiar with the anxiety of that feeling of “impending doom” even when you are doing well.

But once the understanding of and the connection to ADHD is made at the very least it brings light to the WHY and at it’s optimal level allows you or helps you to build your life around your own capacity and uniqueness. At least, this is the impact the diagnosis had in my life over time.

I’d just received some ingredient mail and wanted to give you an update on what’s coming this weekend. I think these products are rather urgent at this point to complete the face ritual, because I get a lot of DMs and WhatsApp messages asking about the lifting, sculpting and firming ritual, which I’ll be loading this weekend.

I also have quite a number of people waiting in great anticipation for the moisturiser.

There’s so much excitement on my side as I work through these final stages of product development, and I’m excited to take my along on the journey, as usual.

Arms are out again. Legs are out. We’re outside more. We notice the sun on our shoulders, the breeze against our skin, the way beautifully nourished skin catches the light.

I love that.

Not because skin needs to be perfect before we allow it to be seen, but because there is something quite intimate about caring for the body you are already living in and then simply going outside and enjoying it.

Yesterday felt like that for me.

Just a woman sitting quietly in nature, tending to herself for a little while.

The Spring/Summer Bundle you’ll see at the end came together from much the same place. A collection of things I wanted to reach for in this season—beautiful textures, nourishment, lighter oils, gorgeous scent and skin that feels cared for without the ritual feeling heavy.

But yesterday, I wasn’t really thinking about any of that.

I was just enjoying my afternoon.

And perhaps that is the ritual too. 🤎
