1½ cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest

3 large eggs
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups whole milk
1½ cups unsalted butter
5 cups powdered sugar
3 teaspoons lemon extract
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon milk
LEMON DROP SHOT
1 ½ ounces lemon flavored vodka
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
3 small slices fresh lemon
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
LEMON FLUFF
2 boxes of lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
1 package of cream cheese
1 can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 container of whipped topping
NO-BAKE LEMON PIE
½ cup salted butter
1¾ cup graham cracker crumbs

🥐 CLASSIC HOMEMADE CROISSANTS 🥐
Flaky, buttery & bakery-style 😍 (Worth it!)
INGREDIENTS 👇
🌾 4 cups all-purpose flour
🍚 ¼ cup sugar
🥄 2¼ tsp instant yeast
🧂 1½ tsp salt
🥛 1¼ cups cold milk
🧈 1 cup cold butter (for laminating)
🥚 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk (egg wash)
METHOD 👇
1️⃣ Mix flour, sugar, yeast & salt 🌾
2️⃣ Add cold milk, knead into smooth dough 🥛
3️⃣ Chill dough 1 hour ❄️
4️⃣ Roll butter into thin square 🧈
5️⃣ Enclose butter in dough, roll & fold (3 times)
6️⃣ Chill between folds (30 mins each) ❄️
7️⃣ Roll dough, cut triangles & shape croissants 🥐
8️⃣ Proof 1–2 hrs until puffy
9️⃣ Brush with egg wash 🥚
🔟 Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 18–22 mins 🔥

Lemon Pound Cake with Lemon Glaze
Soft, buttery lemon pound cake topped with a light lemon glaze.
Perfect balance of sweet and citrus an easy tea-time favorite.
Ingredients:
Cake • Unsalted butter (soft) – 200 g (14 tbsp)
• Sugar – 200 g (1 cup / 16 tbsp)
• Eggs – 4 large
• Lemon zest – 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 30 ml (2 tbsp)
• Vanilla essence – 5 ml (1 tsp)
• All-purpose flour – 240 g (2 cups)
• Baking powder – 6 g (1½ tsp)
• Salt – 1 g (¼ tsp)
• Milk – 60 ml (4 tbsp)
Lemon Glaze • Icing sugar – 120 g (1 cup)
• Lemon juice – 30 ml (2 tbsp)
• Milk or water – 1–2 tbsp (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C / 340°F. Grease and line a loaf pan.
2. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla essence.
5. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the batter alternately with the milk, folding gently until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the top.
8. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Let the cake cool completely.
Glaze 10. Mix the icing sugar with lemon juice.
11. Add milk or water gradually until the glaze is smooth and pourable.
12. Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and let it set for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
