*Kidney problems refer to a range of conditions that affect the kidneys' ability to function properly.* The kidneys play a crucial role in filtering waste products from the blood, regulating electrolyte balance, and maintaining fluid balance in the body. When they become damaged or diseased, it can lead to a variety of health issues.
* Kidney Problems:*
1. **Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)**: A gradual loss of kidney function over time, often caused by diabetes, hypertension, or glomerulonephritis. It can progress to end-stage renal disease (ESRD), requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant.
2. **Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)**: A sudden decrease in kidney function, often due to factors like dehydration, certain medications, or severe infections. It is usually reversible if treated promptly.
3. **Kidney Stones**: Hard deposits made of minerals and salts that form inside the kidneys, causing pain, nausea, and urinary issues. They can vary in size and may require medical treatment to remove.
4. **Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)**: Infections that can affect any part of the urinary system, including the kidneys (pyelonephritis). Symptoms may include pain, burning during urination, and fever.
5. **Glomerulonephritis**: Inflammation of the kidney's filtering units (glomeruli), which can be caused by infections, autoimmune diseases, or chronic conditions. It can lead to CKD if not addressed.
6. **Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)**: A genetic disorder characterized by the growth of cysts in the kidneys, which can impair their function and lead to kidney failure.
7. **Kidney Cancer**: The uncontrolled growth of cells in the kidneys, which can lead to various symptoms, including blood in the urine and persistent back pain.
* # Symptoms of Kidney Problems:*
- Fatigue or weakness
- Swelling in the legs, ankles, or around the eyes
- Changes in urination (frequency, color, or volume)
- Nausea and vomiting
- Shortness of breath
- High blood pressure
* # Diagnosis:*
Diagnosis typically involves:
- Blood tests (e.g., serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen)
- Urinalysis
- Imaging tests (e.g., ultrasound, CT scan)
- Kidney biopsy (in certain cases)
* :*
Fasting Fasting Fasting
* :*
To help maintain kidney health:
- Stay hydrated.
- Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
- Avoid use of over-the-counter pain drugs.
- Eat a balanced diet and maintain a healthy weight.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol.
*Diabetic and people with high blood pressure are at higher risk of developing kidney problems.*

*ATHEROSCLEROSIS AND CARDIOVASCULAR EVENTS PLEASE READ. . .!*
Atherosclerosis is a condition characterized by the buildup of plaques (made up of fat, cholesterol, calcium, and other substances) on the inner walls of arteries. These plaques can harden and narrow the arteries, restricting blood flow and potentially leading to serious cardiovascular problems.
*Atherosclerosis will occur in 2 of 3 men and 1 of 2 women after the age of 40, almost 60% óf all deaths are due to cardiovascular diseases world wide.*
*❇️Key Points about Atherosclerosis:👇🏾*
1. **Causes**:
- **High cholesterol**: Elevated levels of LDL (low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol can contribute to plaque formation.
- **High blood pressure**: Hypertension can damage the arteries, making them more susceptible to plaque buildup.
- **Smoking**: Chemicals in to***co smoke can damage the lining of the arteries.
- **Diabetes**: High blood sugar levels can increase the risk of plaque formation.
- **Inflammation**: Chronic inflammation can contribute to the development and progression of atherosclerosis.
2. **Risk Factors**:
- **Age**: Risk increases with age.
- **Family history**: Genetics can play a role in an individual’s susceptibility.
- **Lifestyle**: Poor diet, lack of exercise, obesity, and excessive alcohol intake can increase risk.
3. **Symptoms**:
- Often, atherosclerosis has no symptoms until an artery is significantly narrowed or blocked.
- Symptoms depend on which arteries are affected:
- **Coronary arteries**: Chest pain or angina, heart attack.
- **Carotid arteries**: Stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA).
- **Peripheral arteries**: Pain in the legs (claudication), coldness in the extremities.
- **Renal arteries**: High blood pressure, kidney dysfunction.
4. **Diagnosis**:
- **Blood tests**: Check cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
- **Imaging tests**: Ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, and angiography to visualize the arteries.
- **Electrocardiogram (ECG)**: To detect heart problems caused by reduced blood flow.
5. **Treatment**:
STOP SUGAR STOP SUGAR STOP THE SUGAR
- **Lifestyle changes**: Healthy diet, regular exercise, quitting smoking, meditation, quitting alcohol.
6. **Prevention**:
- **Healthy diet**: Emphasizing fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats.
- **Regular physical activity**: At least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days.
- **Maintaining a healthy weight**: To reduce the burden on the cardiovascular system.
- **Avoiding to***co and alcohol**: Not smoking and avoiding secondhand smoke.
- **Regular health check-ups**: To monitor blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and other risk factors.
OVERstanding and managing atherosclerosis is crucial for preventing complications like heart attack, stroke, and peripheral artery disease. Early intervention and lifestyle CHANGE, will significantly improve outcomes for individuals with this condition. So if you are struggling with atherosclerosis it is the best time to treat it.

*DEHYDRATION IS THE MAIN CAUSES OF RENAL STONES/KIDNEY STONES . . . !*
*Kidney stones* are small, hard mineral deposits that form inside your kidneys. The stones are made of mineral and acid salts.
Kidney stones have many causes and can affect any part of your urinary tract from your kidneys to your bladder. Often, stones form when the urine becomes concentrated, allowing minerals to crystallize and stick together.
*SYMPTOMS*
_________________
A kidney stone may not cause symptoms until it moves around within your kidney or passes into your ureter — the tube connecting the kidney and bladder. At that point, you may experience these signs and symptoms;
👇🏾
➖Severe pain in the side and back, below the ribs.
➖Pain that spreads to the lower abdomen and groin.
➖Pain that comes in waves and fluctuates in intensity.
➖Pain on urination.
Pink, red or brown urine.
Cloudy or foul-smelling urine.
➖Nausea and vomiting.
➖Persistent need to urinate.
➖Urinating more often than usual.
➖Fever and chills if an infection is present.
➖Urinating small amounts of urine.
➖Pain caused by a kidney stone may change for instance, shifting to a different location or increasing in intensity as the stone moves through your urinary tract.
*CAUSES*
_______________
⭕Kidney stones form when your urine contains more crystal-forming substances such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid — than the fluid in your urine can dilute/Less water.(Dehydration)• At the same time, your urine may lack substances that prevent crystals from sticking together, creating an ideal environment for kidney stones to form.
*Other causes may include….*
💥 Long-term use of certain medication
💥Too much salt and so many others.
*Types of kidney stones*
Types of kidney stones include:
👉🏼Calcium stones. Most kidney stones are calcium stones, usually in the form of calcium oxalate. Oxalate is a naturally occurring substance found in food. Some fruits and vegetables, as well as nuts and chocolate, have high oxalate levels. Your liver also produces oxalate. Dietary factors, high doses of vitamin D, intestinal bypass surgery and several metabolic disorders can increase the concentration of calcium or oxalate in urine.
*complications*
🔥Ureter Obstruction hence failing when emptying your bladder.
*Treatment*
⭕ Surgical techniques
⭕Herbal Treatment.(Mostly recommended)
*Consult with your health care provider for a diagnosis and the severerity of your problem.
USING natural means of treatment is mostly recommended rather than using synthetic drugs or getting a surgical procedure, where they cause more damage to your kidneys hence kidney failure.*
*Prevention*
⚠️ Avoid too sugar at all costs
⚠️Stay hydrated always
⚠️Treat all infectious diseases like UTI including metabolic diseases like Diabetes, BP..

👉👉 Fibroids can be found in the wall of the uterus and sometimes on the cervix.
👉👉 Fibroids are more common in women in their 30s and 40s years.
👉👉Fibroids are common among women with family history, fibroids among female family members and obesity.
👉👉 Fibroids area also known as myomas, leiomyomas, or fibromyomas.
👉👉Most Fibroids go unnoticed and do not produce symptoms.
*👉👉Some of the symptoms of fibroids include:*
➖Heavy and prolonged menstrual cycles
➖Backache
➖Pelvic pain
➖Urinary frequency and/or incontinence
➖A sensation of pelvic heaviness
➖Pain with s*xual in*******se
👉👉. In some cases, fibroids have been associated with miscarriages and infertility.
👉👉. Fibroids can form inside or outside the uterus, or within the uterine wall.
👉👉Fibroids can grow larger than a grapefruit or remain as tiny as a pea. It is possible to have more than one fibroid, and have them in different sizes.
👉👉Many fibroids are discovered during pregnancy because they tend to become larger as pregnancy causes an increase in estrogen.
👉👉As estrogen hormone level starts to drop at the onset of menopause, fibroids may shrink or even disappear.
👉👉 If the fibroid is large enough, you may be able to feel it yourself by placing your hand on top of it.
👉👉. Removing fibroids by surgery have risks, and some women have fibroids even after surgery that's greatly çaúsed by excess óf estrogen.
In severe cases, a hysterectomy may be advised, which involves removing the uterus that's complicated.
*What happens if fibroids left untreated?*
💥 Miscarriages and difficult to conceive.
💥 Increases in sizes and number
💥 Anemia-persistence in heavy bleeding can lead to anemia causing fatigue and weakness
💥 Pressure on organs hence leads to condition like constipation and abnorminal swelling

* RELATED COMPLICATIONS.*
What are some of the obesity-related complications that can be reduced by weight loss?
*Losing weight is crucial and can help reduce or lessen many complications associated with obesity, including:*
1.Type 2 Diabetes: Losing weight can improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control, reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, or help manage the disease in people already diagnosed.
2.Heart Disease:Losing weight can lower your risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke by lowering blood pressure, lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol levels, and improving overall heart health.
3.Joint Pain: Excess weight puts extra pressure on your joints, causing pain and inflammation. Losing weight can reduce stress on joints, reduce pain, and improve mobility, especially in the knees, hips, and lower back.
4.Sleep Apnea: Obesity is a major risk factor for sleep apnea, a disorder characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep. Losing weight can help reduce the severity of sleep apnea symptoms and improve sleep quality.
5. Cancer risk: Obesity is associated with an increased risk of certain cancers, including breast, colon and pancreatic cancer. Losing weight can help reduce the risk of these cancers.
6. Fatty liver: Excessive accumulation of fat in the liver is called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which is common in obese people. Losing weight can reduce liver fat and improve liver function.
7. Depression and Anxiety: Obesity is associated with an increased risk of mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. Losing weight can improve mood and self-esteem and lead to better mental health.
8. Reproductive health: Obesity can affect the reproductive health of both men and women, leading to infertility and hormonal imbalances. Weight loss can improve fertility and reproductive outcomes.
9. Gastrointestinal diseases: Obesity is associated with an increased risk of gastrointestinal diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gallbladder disease.
*Simple ways that will help you loose weight instantly.*
➖ Eating balanced diet containing fibers and less protein and carbs more fruits and veggies.
➖ Cut from artificial and processed sugar.
➖ Water therapy(8-12 glasses of water). That's to say stay hydrated.
➖ Exercise
➖ For women-stop using artificial contraceptive pills as they interfere with your hormones then will lead to obesity.

*WHO IS AT RISK OF DEVELOPING HYDRONEPHROSIS?*
**Hydronephrosis** is a condition characterized by the swelling of one or both kidneys due to the accumulation of urine. This occurs when there is an obstruction in the flow of urine from the kidney to the bladder.
*Condition that can lead to hydronephrosis.*
➖ People with kidney stones.
➖ Pregnant women
➖Men with enlarged prostate or cancer
➖ Individuals with UTI(Urinary tract Infections)
➖ Diabetic people.
**Causes of Hydronephrosis:**
1. **Kidney Stones:** Small, hard deposits formed in the kidneys can block the ureters (tubes that carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder), causing urine to back up.
2. **Urinary Tract Obstruction:** This can be due to a structural abnormality, tumor, or scar tissue, which prevents the normal flow of urine.
3. **Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH):** In men, an enlarged prostate can compress the urethra, leading to difficulty in urination and potentially causing hydronephrosis.
4. **Pregnancy:** The growing uterus can compress the ureters, leading to a temporary obstruction and hydronephrosis.
5. **Vesicoureteral Reflux (VUR):** A condition where urine flows backward from the bladder into the kidneys.
6. **Tumors:** Cancerous or benign growths in the bladder, cervix, colon, or prostate can obstruct the ureters.
7. **Congenital Conditions:** Some individuals are born with structural abnormalities in their urinary tract that can lead to hydronephrosis.
**Symptoms of Hydronephrosis:**
- **Pain:** Often felt in the back or side (flank pain), typically on one side, though it can be bilateral if both kidneys are affected.
- **Nausea and Vomiting:** Common due to the pain and the body's response to the kidney's dysfunction.
- **Frequent Urination:** Sometimes accompanied by a strong urge to urinate or difficulty doing so.
- **Urinary Tract Infection (UTI):** Symptoms include burning sensation during urination, cloudy or foul-smelling urine, and fever.
- **Blood in the Urine (Hematuria):** This can occur if there's damage to the urinary tract.
- **Decreased Urine Output:** In severe cases, there might be a noticeable reduction in urine volume.
- **Fever:** If hydronephrosis is caused by or leads to an infection.
Hydronephrosis requires medical evaluation to prevent kidney damage and or complications.

*WHY DO WE NEED TO DETOX OUR BODY?.*
*Detoxification is the process of removing toxins or harmful substances from the body. It can refer to the natural physiological process that occurs in the body, primarily in the liver, where toxins are metabolized and eliminated.*
Detoxification is also a term used in the context of drug or alcohol rehabilitation, where it refers to the medical treatment of a person experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms as they stop using a substance.
*Detoxification is an essential process that can reset your body system and lead to weight loss, increased energy, and better mental clarity. It can reduce hunger and cravings, minimize aches and pains, balance hormones, improve sleep, enhance your s*x life, improve digestion, and strengthen your immune system.*
Your body's detoxification system works tirelessly, eliminating harmful toxins and invaders that could harm you.
It's important to note that prolonged exposure to toxins is responsible for 60% of most sicknesses, but these illnesses are reversible through detoxification.
*If you're experiencing any of the following symptoms, detoxification is necessary:*
- Unexplained fatigue
- Poor gastrointestinal elimination(Constipation).
- Blemishes and irritated skin
- Allergies
- Signs of poor immunity, such as repeated infections
- Puffy eyes
- Acidity and bloating
- Continuous disturbed attention
- Erectile dysfunctional that leads to PE especially to men
- Bad breath.
- Skin break outs or rashes.
- Over sweating
- Confusion.
Atleast for some one who cares about his/her health would do detoxification twice a year, this is because everything that you ingest it is some how containing chemicals additives like insecticides, pesticides and so many others.
*First fast on the herbs that cleanse the colon and the blood for 21 days. Drink 3 litres of spring water per day. Take your green and tamarind juices. If you must eat, then select from the Nutritional Guide list.*
*⚠️ Warning*
Children and pregnant women are not allowed to do detoxification.
*Then for those who are interested with detoxification, we have our own organic detox products available. MADE from natural plants.*
