MEC for Health and Wellness, conducting a service delivery oversight visit at Zola Clinic in Soweto. This forms part of ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and enhance the patient experience of care. The visit follows a serious complaint lodged by a patient. Upon being made aware of the issue, the MEC immediately went to the facility to ensure that the concerns are addressed thoroughly and transparently, and that the matter is redressed.
