Pelvic Care St Francis Bay provides non-invasive pelvic floor treatments designed to help women regain confidence, comfort and quality of life. Geanné works with women experiencing bladder leakage, urgency, pelvic floor weakness, postpartum recovery challenges and reduced pelvic floor function, as well as supporting intimate wellness and overall pelvic health. Her goal is to provide a welcoming, compassionate space where women can access effective treatment and know they don't have to simply 'live with it'.

Pelvic Care St Francis

All of us who have had the privilege of dining at The Links, have experienced the gift of Pieter's talents! Pieter has created an amazing menu for The Heart of a Woman and we are so grateful for his support and expertise in making this a day to remember as we raise funds for the Healthy Mom & Baby Clinic in St Francis Bay.

Born and raised in Cape Town Pieter Qualified as Chef & Patissier in 2000 after which he won the Junior Inter-College Chef of the year. He started as Junior Part-time Lecturer at the College of Cape Town and worked his way up the ranks of Executive Chef in a short span of time.

With a passion for training, mentoring and upskilling people from all walks of life ,he completed his International Accreditation as Assessor and Moderator for the Culinary & Hospitality Industry. He went on to be one of the first industry leaders implementing the new Outcome based Subject: Hospitality Studies from Grade 10 - 12 in schools.

He gained extensive International experience working abroad as Cookery School Manager at the NFWI (National Federation Women's Institute) where he planned, co-ordinated and executed Masterclasses, Workshops and Short Culinary courses alongside industry experts.

His love for South Africa, its people and local heritage made him come back and successfully run a wedding and events venue in Rustenburg, in the North-West province for over 12 years, at the same time opening an on-site Operational Culinary Institute on the premises. Alongside that he staged and organised large events with top SA artists and performers, including wedding expos as well as hosting smaller Culinary workshops in the comfort of clients' own kitchens.

With both his parents passing and the love he has for the ocean and beach, it was the right time to accept an offer to share his experience at St Francis Links, the town and its people. "4 years later and I am not looking back. I am here to stay. I want to change lives."

As an active committee member on the St Francis Tourism Board, being the Food, Beverage & Events Manager as well as the Executive Chef at St Francis Links, Pieter is quite busy most of the time, however he agrees that there should be a balance in life. "A great time out with the people you love is essential."

His motto is still "ASPIRE, to INSPIRE, before you EXPIRE. We only have ONE LIFE, LIVE it."
