It will not be challenging for the average fit person ~ the idea is to build relationships, manifest God's love by loving each other and to have FUN !!

The heart of Fellow-mountaineers is to be a platform for the FAMILY specifically and therefor hikes will be limited to short distances & times and will always be doable for children & beginners. Although the hikes are very relaxed, there will always be someone leading & determining the pace, and we will not allow hikers to move far ahead of the group. There will be 'sweepers' at the back to make sure we're not leaving people behind. This is really because we care about you and safety comes first ! Looking forward to spend some time with you in nature !

Our first hike was supposed to be this Saturday, (3 Feb) but instead we decided to have a picnic & discuss everything regarding our hikes for 2018!! 🏔👣

When: 3 Feb 2018
Venue: Helderberg Nature Reserve, Somerset west
Time: 9h30-11h30

To bring with:
•Blankets/camping chair
•Picnic snacks (we want to add everything together so rather bring a kilogram jelly babies instead of the 40g packet)🍭
•Any trail suggestions 📝
•Any other inputs/comments in terms of logistics etc

If you have friends that's not into hikes....but rather into picnics, bring them with 💪👫👭

# Vehicle entrance fee: R15 🚗
# Adult entrance fee: R20 👩
# Children entrance fee: R10 (3-18yrs) 👧
