All bookings in the time frame of 1hr 30min requires a non refundable payment of R100. Your R100 deposit will NOT be paid back to you if you cancel your booking or miss your appointment. All bookings in the time frame of 2hrs and more requires a 50% non refundable payment. Your 50 % deposit will NOT be paid back to you if you cancel your booking or miss your appointment. If you are late please note that the outcome of your treatment will be affected. If you are sick please reschedule your appointment. No refunds is given on any treatment after 24 hours.
