With more than 30 year experience in the Beauty Industry (including hairstylist, spa management, promotions and retail sales, events co ordination, fashion and hair show work, photo shoots, weddings ect). I have settled back in Cape Town, South Africa after spending the last 7 years working abroad for Steiner Leisure on various cruise liners, working as Senior Stylist and Manager, mostly doing hair on formal evenings and shows. Most recently I am doing part time contract work, at various salons, as well as weddings and the odd film and commercial work. I have much experience and knowledge in:
• Hair – Advanced Cutting, Colouring, Styling ( including upstyles, formal and avante garde )
• Make up Artistry
• Show-work- choreography, set coordination and production assistance
• Co-ordinating and training of models
• Experienced in performing under pressure and in a professional environment
• A special knowledge in coordinating events like weddings, conferences and fashion shows.
