2013 was the year I started my BTech in Somatology. It was the year before my thesis and the year I spent countless hours in practicals.

One of my case studies required clients with pedunculated papillomas—a term I'd never even heard before. My lecturer simplified it for us and suddenly I realised I'd seen them everywhere... skin tags!

I reached out to friends and family to help with my case studies, and that's when I discovered a true passion for skin tag removal. I saved up, bought my very first cautery machine, and never looked back.
