Morning Light … So I thought I’d invite you with to do some changes to my treatment room at home. If you don’t know already, I have a practice in Umhlanga & one at home in Ballito. It’s always tricky when you’re renting a property and you want to make even little changes. It’s expensive to do anything and in the end you’re putting money into someone else’s property. Regardless, I’ve done it where ever I’ve lived and it makes me happy. So the painting is done and now it’s a case of finding the extras, mirrors ( of course the one I want is gigantic & 💸) light fittings & other furniture & decor. Trying to decide what other colour I should bring in… 🤔. Drop any ideas you have in the comments 🎨

Facial Burns Reconstruction with Paramedical Tattooing Changing lives: A little boy, who endured severe facial burns, is now on an extraordinary journey of healing and
transformation. His scars left him disfigured, but his spirit remains unbroken. Through the innovative care of our team, and in collaboration with the Klutch Foundation, he is undergoing a groundbreaking reconstructive process combining micro-needling, fat grafting, PRP, steroid injections, contracture releases, and Z-plasties.
What makes this even more special is that Dr Klutch sees the power of collaboration and bringing a unique blend of plastic surgery and medical-grade tattooing-where science meets art. When she reached out to Mel, an Umhlanga based Permanent Medical Tattoo artist, she was moved by the enthusiasm and energy received.
For the first time, we've invited a medical-grade tattoo artist into the operating room to work side by side with a plastic surgeon, ensuring we go beyond traditional results. Through the Klutch foundation, this collaboration is not just about healing scars, but about giving this brave boy his confidence, smile, and life back. Together, we innovate, work harder, and dream bigger-for him and every patient who deserves a second chance. Follow our brave little Athandwa's journey as we keep you posted.
A huge thank you to all our sponsors who are making Athandwa's journey to renewed self

Athandwa is a precious little 4yr old who was severely burnt in a house fire when a candle overturned, scarring most of his face, arm & torso. Myself & Dr Kajal Lutchminarian are attempting to improve his overall appearance during these formative years until further procedures can be done once he’s older. Using a diverse & holistic approach our aim is to improve the overall texture, quality & appearances of his skin. This will enable me to use paramedical tattooing to camouflage & improve his lips, camouflage the scarring on his nose, define his eyebrows & improve his hairline using SMP. Although we gift our time & have been graciously sponsored products & items for his procedures & aftercare there are still things we desperately need.

Athandwas next procedure is scheduled for the 14th August & requires particular pigments which have to be imported. They have been generously gifted to us by the manufacturing company all we need is to pay for the import duties and tax which is R6 300. It is this which we are requiring financial assistance with. This amount needs to be payed before the product gets released & shipping will take approximately 10/14 days which makes this time sensitive.

Please help us get these items in time for his procedure.
I will soon post updates about Athandwa’s journey & progress so that everyone can share in his recovery & see the difference all your support has made. So please open your hearts & pockets to help this sweet soul. Every little bit helps.

Our Pro-bono to our NPO.

An exciting start to our NPO journey with the launch of THE NIPSTICK PROJECT. A passion project that we've been working on for the passed 2 years and we are ecstatic to see it all coming to life.

In essence this initiative will be able to gift 3D ar**la reconstruction for patients in need, through aided sponsorship, donations and support from the medical field.

If you’re wondering why I’ve been so quiet on here…Words can’t describe how excited I am! This has been a dream of mine & my friend & colleague, Elmari for more than 3 years, and we’ve been working on it since we met. Things are finally coming together! It’s purely by Gods Grace and the helping hands of a lot of people behind us; guiding & supporting us,
that this has finally come together. Thank you . So grateful to be part of this edition and helping to empower women. Our first fundraiser & official launch will be held on the 23rd of August together with and a host of other incredible supporters. We want to change the narrative, change lives & make a difference. This is just the beginning. ❤️‍🩹 Please support our project and follow us on **latattooing

Since starting my PMU journey it’s been my mission to make a difference in others lives. Not just doing the cosmetic side of things like brows, lips & liner but to specialise in the Paramedical side of it.
Paramedical Tattooing can be life changing & includes everything from SMP (scalp micro pigmentation) for hair thinning & balding, scar camouflage post surgery, stretch mark camouflage & revision, sun spots, camouflage self-harm scars, cleft palates, radiation marker camouflage & Ar**la/ ni**le tattoos for mastectomy patients.
It’s a side of the industry that very few people even know exists, but has the ability to improve so much more than just your looks. Paramedical tattooing completes the psychological side of a healing journey due to physical strife or illness.
I do 2 pro bono Ar**la cases a month for any breast cancer warriors in need & a percentage of all my privately paid cases I donate funds back to Pink Drive.
The Nipstick Project
March is the month of Compassion & I have decided to open 1 additional pro bono slot for a warrior to complete their journey of healing. So if you or anyone you know that is in need of this life changing treatment please get in touch & send me a message or WhatsApp & I’ll get back to you.
Feel free to repost & share or contact me for more information if you have any paramedical tattooing questions.
