Peppermint is fast becoming one of my most used everyday oils.

My FAV way to use it is with a roller fitment on top, I roll it on my neck all day long, not only to relieve a bit of stiffness but also to help wake me up at stupid o'clock when my alarm goes off!

Let's talk KIDDIE ROLLER RECIPES💫

I was one of those moms who had a full stock of cough syrup, pain syrup, suppositories for fevers and allll the other easy to grab meds (don’t get me wrong, I still believe that there is 100% a time and place for them) BUT, before we run for those we now try a more natural approach, and it’s working for us!

These are our 6 favourite kiddie rollers recipes:

BREATHE: 5 Lemon + 5 Lavender + 4 Peppermint
HAPPY: 5 Orange + 5 Bergamot + 5 Valor
BELLY: 6 Digize + 2 Peppermint + 3 Copaiba
HEALTHY: 5 Thieves + 4 Frankincense + 3 Lemon
BRAVE: 4 White Angelica + 4 Stress Away + 5 Valor
CALM: 5 Lavender + 5 Peace & Calming

The above recipes are all for 10ml rollers, all you need to do is add your oils and top off with carrier oil (we use Fractioned Coconut oil)
