We believe our proposal provides the most comprehensive approach for our beauty affiliated business and to execute its strategy successfully within the modern world.

This initiative is critical for Mermaid Nails & Beauty to differentiate its service delivery model in the midst of an industry shift towards growing customer share., providing beauty and enhancing a persons natural view of themselves, boosting their overall look and individuality so much so that we receive a lot of clientele on a daily basis. Our Beauty line really lags behind its key competitors (upcoming nail bars and beautician lines around Durban) and the risk of further customer attrition will result in a systemic deterioration of profitability.


Mermaid Nails & Beauty have formed a shared perspective on the importance of operational improvements to the many women that trust our craft in enhancing their beauty from inside out. I mean, we intend to always have our clients leave with nothing but a smile nonetheless other transformations in our field.

As important, a successful redesign of existing operating processes will allow our business to substantially improve turnaround times for customers and free up time consuming tasks carried out by the staff. We therefore view operations transformation not simply as gaining efficiencies within the business and its operational redevelopment, but as a strategic catalyst to imprive cost, reduce frontline work, improve customer service, and increase Mermaid Nails & Beauty’s capabilities as if offers more complex products and services to market in the most inevitable way possible. We recognize the importance of this transformation project to our brand as owned by black women in this beauty affiliated space and the interdependencies in successfully delivering in a timely manner. We always strive in demonstrating leadership by recognizing that it is time to enhance its branch channel, and implement new improvements to enable its line leaders:
• Operations excellence is about accelerating performance. Operations centralization will help double profits by within 2 years.
• Focus on four areas to improve operations. The project will focus on 1) centralizing non-customer-facing activities to capture scale, 2) redesigning key transaction and credit processes to improve efficiency,
