🦋 DAY 4 — MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND HANNAY HEALING 🦋
Well… I think it’s time you met the woman behind the name HANNAY HEALING. ❤️
I’m Renette. I’m 64 years young, loud, energetic, straight-talking, passionate… and, according to my family, probably a little bit of an Energiser Bunny! 😂
But HANNAY HEALING didn't start as a business.
It started 40 years ago, when my son was born with extreme allergies.
As a new mother, I wasn't comfortable with the idea of giving a newborn strong medication unless it was absolutely necessary, so I started searching. I researched natural approaches, I learned, I experimented—and eventually I created a bath salt and a lotion that I found helpful for him.
And, well… being me, I couldn't keep quiet about what I'd learned! 😂
I started sharing natural approaches with friends and family, based on years of research and my own experiences.
Then, in 2018, something rather extraordinary happened.
I had a dream that I should create my own range of products inspired by natural approaches to supporting people with different everyday symptoms and wellbeing needs.
So I listened.
And HANNAY HEALING was born. 🦋
What started with a few products grew into a whole range, with names like Gaia, Luna, Kai, Soul, Raven, Eira, Selah and many more.
I even created a kiddies range inspired by the Seven Dwarfs—because apparently I wasn't going to make a boring children's range either! 😂❤️
There were wonderful periods where people ordered my products, recommended them to friends and told others about them.
I still believe deeply in exploring natural approaches to wellbeing. I still love researching. I still love creating. And I still find myself talking to just about anybody who will stand still long enough to listen! 😂
So I decided:
I'm not promising miracles and certainly not claiming that my products cure anything.
Just sharing something I've poured years of passion, research, creativity and love into, and inviting you to come along for the journey.
At 64, I'm not slowing down.
If anything…
I'm just getting started again. 🔥🦋
