Pilates changed my life. Literally. There were times in my life when I couldn't physically get out of bed and found it difficult to walk to the bathroom due to severe back pain. Bending over a sink to wash my face was agony. I hated playing sports at school because I was so physically weak. I was always the last to be chosen for sports. There was one boy who made fun of the awkward way I walked. Those teenage years were traumatic.

Pilates turned it all around. In conjunction with Physiotherapy, I pushed myself to stick to an exercise rehabilitation program for over two years with 3x daily exercises/stretches and biweekly Physiotherapy. Although it took years of diligence, it was all worth it to become pain-free. I now live a pain-free life and each day I live without chronic pain is a blessing, something I will never take for granted.

This inspired me to dedicate my life to this mission. I have studied for countless hours in the field of wellness and taught thousands of hours of Pilates to clients, often giving them wonderful results in overcoming their chronic pain. It gives me great joy and satisfaction to pass this torch onto others.
