Safari 2023. I did the 5km today. My plan was the half marathon but then life happened 😀
So in life, there’s this:
Faith is holding on and believing irrespective of what you currently see. I am still holding on to version of me I will become.

After long rest with my arm (toooo long) I am finally back on the road again. Oh how I missed this, therapy to my mind😀. It was raining a lot early mornings, but I waited for sky to clear a little and then I hit the road.

To all the mothers (working moms and non) wife’s, studying moms… create time in your busy schedule to do something for you. Create moments (intentional ) to worship/ bible study.

You can only be a great wife/mom if you also feel great.

Saturday morning run ✅

Even if the pace of life gets faster, don’t forget to breathe and talk to God.

I used to be a long distance runner when was young but after my second child, I really struggled to get back at it. So I decided to take it step by step, because I just love being on the road. Running is my therapy as a mom, wife and everything in between. Ive realised that you have to find something to allow you to take your mind off “life” just a moment. So running does that for me. Today I finished my first race for the year. 27 freedom race in remembrance of late President Nelson Mandela 💪🏽

So mommy, wifey, lady, find yourself something to positively ease your mind. You deserve it

It doesn’t matter what you face, rejoice because God is with you.
