Okay, I remember when this started going viral back in 2020/21? And I thought, that's insane some folks were adding ice to it and all sorts of other stuff haha.
I tried it out with coconut water and it really made a difference in my hydration after a workout. I tend to have a protein shake and this meal and it keeps me full for hours.
Also, after starting this recipe, I did see a major difference in my skin. Less acne, more or a natural glow/tan.
Try it out and let me know what you think! Also, you can change the fruits out for your preference, these are just my favorite together.

As important all four are, number 1 and 2 stand out the most. It is so important to stretch and really take time to allow for flexibility, this will help us have less injuries and really push our bodies to do more.
Drinking water is major concern. Lots of people forget to hydrate before and after a workout. It isn't just while exercising, your body continues to burn calories even AFTER a gym session and release fluids. It is highly important to continue drinking fluids throughout the whole day.

It's okay to be yourself! ( the most important of all)
Nothing in this world should change the true inner your, keep true to yourself while trying to better yourself for a healthier you. Don't let waters flood your boat of success!

Salads don't have to be boring! You can make a fruit salad with a mix of veggies or even eggs and oats! My favorite morning salad, is peaches, strawberries, watermelon, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, mint leaves with a bit of drizzled honey on top. I promise you, it will change your way of looking at breakfast.
