How to light up your skin Naturally
INGREDIENTS
One tea spoon of honey
Two table spoons of lemon juice,use lime cordial
A pinch of ground tumeric
One and half cup of yogurt Organic/natural
Some almonds get them from shoprite
METHOD
-Crush the almonds to fine powder using a food processor,you have to be careful in this process as crushing too long might result in almond butter instead of butter
You can opt for the crushed almonds at the local stole if u do not have a food processor or if you do not want to stress of crushing
-Mix the almonds powder with yoghurt, tumeric, lemon juice and honey.
Stir virgourosly to ensure a uniform mixture.
Apply a generous amount of the mixture to skin before going to bed
