To allow my clients to get a full experience with my page and or know who runs it, I have decided to do a brief Q&A to give myself a personal brand or image of you will.

1. Who are you?
I'm Natasha Kangwa Kalungu, aged 20. I was born on March 3rd in Lusaka and stayed a good portion of my early childhood here until I moved to Oxfordshire, England with my family. Eventually we came back when I was about 11 to 12, and the rest is history.

2. What inspired you to create Hers& Herz?
Well, I have always to create a cosmetic store that not only provides the most authentic and high quality products but also to allow my customers to relax and enjoy themselves.

3. What makes you different from the rest of these other personal brands?
Personality, adaptability and creativity. I have allowed my business to become an extension of myself. Where my personality is most present, if you will. Where the acsthetic of the brand is like my personal signature, representing my dedication to my work. Also, during this globally trying time, it has forced people to overcome and adapt different business strategies to continue operations. Having a keen eye and a developing perspective or knowledge of the social media world and how to navigate it to use to your advantage in marketing, it has given me a much easier ability to continue business. And finally, creativity. A demonstration of my creative skills could be seen in all the graphic designs that the page has. I personally took the time to make them myself, hence presenting potential market for those who want to hire graphic designers.

All in all, I believe I am a determined soul. Always exploring and altering my work when I feel inspired to make improvements. It's what made me learn more skills and increase my knowledge of my passions.
