Bartholin cyst is a swell up with fluid buildup which occurs on one side of the va**na.

Diagnosis:
To diagnose a Bartholin's cyst, there could be:

*A performance of a pelvic exam

*Taking a sample of secretions from your va**na or cervix to test for a s*xually transmitted infection

*Recommendation of a test of the mass (biopsy) to check for cancerous cells, especially if you're postmenopausal or over 40
