Simple. Filling. High protein. And most importantly — sustainable.
🍽️ Today’s plate:
• 1 medium lightly crumbed grilled chicken (very little oil)
• 1 cup baked potatoes
• 1 cup coleslaw with light mayo
🔢 Approx nutrition:
• Calories: ~500 kcal
• Protein: 40–45g
This is proof that healthy eating does NOT have to be boring or restrictive 🤍
