Try and aim to hold the Plank for as long as possible and give yourself a challenge, let's see if you can hold it for 1 minute 30 seconds ❤

*15 seconds squat hold - nice and low 😉
*20 squat jumps
*25 star jumps

everything must be completed in one minute and please feel free to refer to our previous videos to see the proper technique for the squat jumps and how low you should go on the squat hold. LETS DO IT 😎🎉
