💚 MORE GOOD DAYS, TOGETHER 💚
Mental Health Month – Day 14

“Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.”

We often remember to take care of our bodies by eating well, exercising, and seeking medical help when we are sick. But our minds need care too.

Mental health affects how we think, feel, cope with stress, build relationships, and face everyday life challenges. Just like physical health, mental health deserves attention, support, rest, and healing.

Today, let us remember:

🧠 It is okay to rest when you feel overwhelmed

💬 Talking about your feelings is a sign of strength

🤝 Asking for help is healthy and courageous

🌱 Small self-care habits can make a big difference

💚 Your emotions, struggles, and healing journey matter

Taking care of your mental well-being is not selfish — it is necessary.

Check on yourself.
Check on your friends.
Choose kindness.
Choose healing.

Together, we can create more good days by listening, supporting, and acting with compassion.

Your mind matters.
Your health matters.
YOU matter. 💚

Together Creating Safe Spaces

SESA and My 2Moro Foundation:

💚 MORE GOOD DAYS, TOGETHER 💚
Mental Health Month – Day 11

“You deserve support, love, and understanding.”

No one should have to struggle alone.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is remind someone that they are seen, heard, valued, and cared for.

Mental health challenges are real, but so is hope, healing, and the strength found in community.

Today, we encourage everyone to:

🤝 Reach out for support when you need it

💚 Listen with compassion and kindness

🌱 Be gentle with yourself

🫶 Support others without judgment

You deserve care.
You deserve understanding.
And you deserve more good days.

Together, we can create safe spaces where everyone feels supported, respected, and empowered to heal and grow.

💚 MORE GOOD DAYS, TOGETHER 💚
Mental Health Month – Day 9

“Your story matters. Your voice matters.”

Every person carries a story. Stories of strength, pain, hope, survival, growth, and resilience.

Sometimes, speaking up can feel difficult, but your voice has power.

It can heal, inspire, encourage, and remind someone else that they are not alone.

Whether you are a young entrepreneur in the market, a student chasing your dreams, an employee working through pressure, or simply someone trying to make it through each day, your experiences matter.

Your feelings are valid. Your mental health deserves attention, care, and support.

At SESA and My2Moro Foundation, we believe that creating more good days begins with listening without judgment, supporting one another, and building safe spaces where everyone feels seen and heard.

🫶 Speak your truth.
🫶 Share your journey.
🫶 Listen with compassion.
🫶 Support with kindness.

Together, we can break the silence around mental health and build stronger, healthier communities across Africa.

MORE GOOD DAYS, TOGETHER

Mental Health Month – Day 8

“Every day may not be good… but there is something good in every day.”

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult.

But even on the hardest days, there is still hope to hold onto a smile, a kind word, a new opportunity, a lesson learned, or simply the strength to keep going.

At SESA and My 2Moro Foundation ,we believe that healing, growth, and brighter tomorrows begin when we support one another with compassion and understanding.

Together, we can create safe spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Today, take a moment to appreciate the little victories, celebrate your progress, and remind someone that they are not alone.

Because together, we can create MORE GOOD DAYS.

Some journeys are not meant to be walked alone.
Today, My 2Moro Foundation joins hands with SESA in a PARTNERSHIP for CHANGE.
Why? Because our daughters and sons deserve safe spaces. Our youth deserve skills, healing, and hope. Our communities deserve transformation that lasts.
From Zambia to Malawi, we’re saying:

We see you. We’re with you.
We’re building with you.

This is what empowerment looks like when we do it TOGETHER — for every young person. 💚

Because when we invest in our sons AND daughters, our youth , we invest in the future of Africa.

Remembering a Legend - KK Day

Today we honor Dr. Kenneth Kaunda, Zambia’s founding father. His vision of “One Zambia, One Nation” still shapes the leaders we’re raising today.
At My 2Moro Foundation we carry his legacy forward — transforming & Mentoring young minds to serve with unity, peace, and purpose.

Happy KK Day 🇿🇲

I’ve been really saddened & concerned lately because of the rising numbers of su***de cases and mental health struggles around us. It saddens me deeply to see so many people — our friends, brothers, sisters, parents,Kids & colleagues — silently fighting battles that feel impossible to win.
Behind every statistic is a real person who once laughed, dreamed, and loved. Someone who felt unseen, unheard, or convinced that the world would be better without them. That thought alone breaks my heart.

But if you’re reading this and you recognize that darkness, I need you to hear me clearly: Your life matters more than you know. The pain you feel today is real, but it is not permanent. Feelings are like weather — storms pass, even when the sky looks endless and gray. You are not weak for struggling. In fact, choosing to stay, to breathe, to fight one more hour — that is strength.

Please, do not give up on yourself.
The world needs your voice, your story, your presence. The people who care about you want you here, even on your hardest days. Your life has value beyond the pain you’re feeling right now.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Strength isn’t suffering in silence; strength is reaching out.Find someone safe and talk. Open up to a friend, a parent, a pastor, a counselor, or a helpline. Say the words: “I’m not okay.” That one sentence can be the start of healing. Let someone sit with you in the dark until you can see light again.

And if you’re not the one struggling, check up on that Some one . Ask twice: “How are you, really?” Create space for honest answers. Listen without Judging. Remind them they’re loved and needed.

To everyone hurting right now: hold on. Take it one minute at a time if you have to. Eat something. Drink water. Step outside. Rest. Then reach out. Your story is still being written, and I promise you, there are chapters of joy ahead that you haven’t lived yet.

We will get through this together — by talking, by caring, by refusing to let shame keep us silent. You are not alone. You are not a burden. You are worth fighting for. Keep going.

If you need someone to talk to right now: You can reach out to My2moro foundation on 0764449698. We will help you through and make sure you are heard and help is given. You can also talk to a trusted person near you, or call Lifeline/Childline Zambia: 116 for free, confidential support. 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is also available 24/7 by call or text.
