Hydration Tip 1 ~ Preshampoo your hair
This involves using an oil (such as olive oil or coconut oil) to protect your strands before shampooing. This process helps protect hair during shampooing which can strip your locks of natural oils.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been known to smooth the hair follicle, reducing split ends and making brushing easier.

Add about 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to one cup of water. Pour into a spray bottle for easy application. Spray generously over your hair, rinse well, use two to three times a week to keep your hair happy!!
