Job Opportunity: Accountant at Natural Kurls Limited

Natural Kurls Salon is a modern and upscale hair salon that specializes in providing premium natural hair care services to our clients. We are seeking an Accountant to support our daily operations and financial management.

Responsibilities:
Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
Manage all tax filings and other regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies and reconcile with purchase orders.
Manage all accounts related office operations
Provide administrative support to management and staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Payroll management including all reports, schedules, and all statutory submissions.
Prepare and distribute internal communication materials, such as memos and newsletters.
Investment management and support
Coordinate and plan events.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the hair salon industry is a plus.
Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to meet tight deadlines.
