Overcoming difficult seasons requires a combination of resilience, self-care, and strategic actions. Here are some tips to help you navigate challenging times:
# Emotional Resilience
1. *Acknowledge and accept your emotions*: Recognize how you feel and give yourself permission to process those emotions.
2. *Practice self-compassion*: Treat yourself with kindness, understanding, and patience.
3. *Reframe negative thoughts*: Challenge negative self-talk and focus on positive, realistic thoughts.
# Self-Care
1. *Prioritize rest and relaxation*: Get enough sleep, exercise, and engage in activities that bring you calm and joy.
2. *Nurture your physical health*: Eat a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and engage in regular physical activity.
3. *Seek social support*: Connect with loved ones, friends, or a therapist for emotional support.
# Strategic Actions
1. *Break problems into manageable tasks*: Divide overwhelming challenges into smaller, achievable steps.
2. *Set realistic goals and deadlines*: Focus on progress, not perfection.
3. *Seek professional help when needed*: Consult experts, such as therapists or financial advisors, for guidance and support.
# Mindset Shifts
1. *Practice gratitude*: Focus on the good things in your life, no matter how small.
2. *Cultivate hope and optimism*: Believe that better days are ahead and that you have the strength to overcome challenges.
3. *Learn from the experience*: Reflect on what you can learn from the difficult season and how you can grow as a result.
Remember, overcoming difficult seasons takes time, patience, and effort. Be gentle with yourself, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Reducing sodium intake can be achieved through several ways:
1. *Read food labels*: Check the sodium content in packaged foods and choose products with lower sodium levels.
2. *Eat fresh foods*: Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
3. *Limit processed and restaurant foods*: These often contain high amounts of sodium.
4. *Use herbs and spices*: Instead of salt, flavor your food with herbs and spices.
5. *Cook at home*: Preparing meals at home allows you to control the amount of sodium that goes into your food.
6. *Gradually reduce sodium*: If you're used to a high-sodium diet, gradually reduce your intake to give your taste buds time to adjust.
The American Heart Association recommends consuming no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day, ideally aiming for 1,500 milligrams if you're at risk for high blood pressure or have hypertension.

I every day tend to an average of 50 cancer patients. They come in all ages & all stages of the disease.
The majority of my clientele are middle income earners and the poor unlike the common belief that the disease is for the rich.
Could this surge in cases be a result of diet change, exposure to chemicals ( pesticides, fertilizers, preservatives) & vaccines or availability of diagnostic tools? What's your take.
