Day 2 of Pregnant and Parenting Student Support (PAPSS).
Most of the children are adjusting well, while others are taking a little time to warm up to this new environment with new baby friends and caregivers. 👧🏽👦🏾
The children are in a safe space, they are eating, and are being lovingly carried on the backs of our caretakers.
Breastfeeding mothers are coming at break time to breastfed their babies and quickly return to class.
This program has clear policies and we have high expectations for those who have been accepted into the program.
We have designed PAPSS to empower each student mother so that at the very least, she can attain her secondary school education and have the possibility of going further one day.
One of our PAPSS student mothers was previously denied education at another local school due to her circumstances, but she has refused to let adversity hold her back from attaining what she is capable of.
Can you imagine being forced to leave school because you don’t have childcare? It is very common.
We will help who we can, and pray that God gives us wisdom as we move forward with this program.
Jesus is king and yes he lives !

Aluta continue !!!!
After completing the last 1x4 class block ( 4 class rooms ) through our partnership with Support Sustain Succeed Zambia / Advocacy and Development for the Poor. One of Our Partner organization ( Via Bread of life church ) Jubilee Centre Zambia came on board once again and gave in a donation of 50 school desks for the new 2 class rooms .
Like the saying goes “ it takes the entire village to raise a child “ and to be productive requires everyone to play their role , others will plant , others will water but many should be part of the Harvest!
Ours to see that that child out there that lost Hope gets it back through Education because we believe education is the best equalizer and one of those factors that helps to reduce the rate of poverty !
An educated or informed mind makes informed decisions !! There comes another secondary school in Mapalo and we glad God has given us the privilege to be pioneers because generations will be able to benefit from it even when we are long gone and it’s been a lot of work behind the scenes but gradually we are getting there ! The Mapalo we dreamed !
Glory be to God !

Happy birthday sir Chikoseleshi senior , you are an inspiration to many ! You are a living testimony sir !
Beloved Gods kingdom partners , family and friends.
As a country , we have recorded several cases of cholera and many families unfortunately have lost their loved ones to this cause and this however as caused government through the ministry of health to come up with preventive measures And guidelines to curb the Vice before it becomes a pandemic. So far many lives have been lost and if we don’t rise as churches to not only pray but also sensitize masses about cholera and it’s preventive measures that which includes proper hygiene we may loss even more lives that we could have saved , churches have also been restricted to gathering not more than 2 hours or so in reduced numbers .
We also have vulnerable families drawing their drinking waters from wells , we need to sensitize them to the use of chlorine , boiling water before drinking to kill germs etc
Government need support to manage drug shortages in health facilities.
As Advocacy and development for the poor working in partnership with Prison fellowship Zambia, we are pressing a challenge to well wishers , stakeholders especially the church and the business community to partner with us as we provide solutions and alternatives to the vulnerable people in society because we only have one Zambia to look after and a healthy society brings about productivity, wealth and success.
It is because of this reason that we have been on a journey of donating medicines to clinics , hospitals and other health facilities both public and private to supplement on what the government of the day is already doing on ground .
We are urging all well meaningful Zambians to support this initiative and help us walk the talk because it’s only when we work together then will provide results , Zambia is not a ones mans show we should all play our role and not entirely leave everything to government alone .

When ever it rains , We get mixed feelings.
We feel bad knowing that our peoples houses will collapse due to 🥹 their condition and they will have no where to sleep , nothing to eat , nothing to wear etc 😭
At the same time , we thank God for rains because the land will help us grow food etc
However, if you are in Zambia during rain season or you access what we share here , you will agree with us that some parts of the country people don’t sleep well knowing the condition of their houses and not that they love building using mud and bricks but because they cannot afford cement , proper roofing sheets , food and many other necessities.
“ They say a mad man’s dance is only funny when they are not your relative “ but if you are truly an African or understand what happens here , you will sympathize with us !
We shall be visiting people during Christmas, you can also buy a family a bag of mealie meal or even more to caution their burden during this trying moment.
Kindly contact us on +260763414446
Send us cloths , food, cement ,roofing sheets anything that will be helpful !
Thank you for partnering with us

World menstrual day
As Advocacy and Development for the poor , we hosted at our center Kuwa girls initiative, Vision Zambia initiative , rootcoin ,and many other NGOs as we donated sanitary pads to 500+ girl child .
Period poverty is one of the major issue affecting society and many young girls do not manage to buy sanitary pads which contributes to most of them missing classes during their me**es .
With Kuwa girls initiative on board , we have been educating the girl child on reproductive health , how to avoid early pregnancies and marriages etc
For this reason , we’ve discovered that on the early pregnancy issue , it could be wise if NGOs, stakeholders, the church could create a platform for the boy child also so as to educate them on vices that can endanger their lives that which includes indulging in early sextual in*******se ( bringing about ten pregnancies) , substance abuse leading to the boy child becoming junk boys hence terrorizing the society etc
