Model, runway coach MissGweruElite,CEO Ember M.A & TV personality (JUDGE 1)Nicholas Tadiwanashe C , firmly concluded ," This is not just a beauty pergeant, the winner becomes the leader of the city.Since Gweruis diverse ,I'm looking for a multifaceted woman .A woman who radiates a deep confidence with in her self .One who embraces her personality , couple it with her voice and advocacy. The potential winner that is finalist must be authentic with the ability to learn. I am ready to train anyone who pushes through but knowing that only one will get the crown breaks my heart. I think its high time contestants up their games to stay in even longer.My peak for the finalists will be ORIGINALITY. Juss be true to yourself."

For me a finalist will be a girl who isn't afraid to express herself in terms of dressing , make- up and expression. A woman ready to defy all societal stereotypical views on beauty and being a lady."
