Policy update:
🎯Deposit🎯
•All chemical service, extensions, and full set lashes will require a deposit for half of the service cost from this point forward. All deposits are Non-refundable and are deducted from your service cost. Deposits are automatically defaulted if the client does not cancel within 24 hours or no shows and will need to send a new deposit to rebook.
•Appointments will be pending until the deposit of 50% is paid. The appointment with be defaulted if not paid within 48 hours of the appointment.
•Deposit requests will be sent via a square invoice.
Explained:
Deposits for large services not only encourage to attend their appointments but also protect my source of living and buisness. I would not be able to work in this industry and provide for my family if clients were not held accountable for booking services. I want to continue to provide my services to my clients. The only way I am able to continue is by having a contingency reserve to protect my time.
🎯Chemical service deposits🎯
•Chemical services (I.e. highlights, bayalage, perms, colors) price varies at the time of service depending on the amount of product used and extent of work needed at the appointment. The following is the deposit requirement for these appointments based on the base price of the service.
•Highlights and bayalage deposit: $65
•All over color and perms: $45
🎯Cancellations🎯
•AT LEAST 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling.
•Canceling/ rescheduling without a 24 hour notice will result in the default of your deposit and another deposit will need to be sent to reschedule.
Explained:
I am a mother, so I do understand things happen out of your control. I will always take certain situations into consideration. My cancellation policy will also be enforced on myself and ensure if I need to reschedule your appointment for any reason within 24 hours of your appointment that I will give a discount to the service. On the same note, understand that I do not like rescheduling appointments for personal reasons either so I avoid it at all cost unless it is unavoidable.
🎯No-shows🎯
•No-show appointments default their deposit automatically. If a deposit wasn’t received, a client cannot book again until the no-show fee of 50% has been paid.
•No-show appointments on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are subject to be charged the full amount of the service.
•My booking software sends a confirmation text and a reminder text and hour before an appointment to every client. This makes it nearly impossible to “forget” about an appointment.
Explained:
No show appointments make it impossible for me to fill that time slot in. If I have a client scheduled for a 2 hour appointment and that client doesn’t show up then I am sitting at work for 2 hours making zero income. Financially, this is a burden to my business and my family. This also affects all of my other clients trying to get in for appointments.
🎯Weekend appointments🎯
•Weekends appointments that no-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service missed.
•No-shows on weekends will not be able to reschedule and their deposit is forfeited.
Explained:
I consider weekends my family time and my chance to recharge. If an appointment is scheduled during the weekend, understand that I am sacrificing time away from family to be here with my clients.
🎯Late Policy🎯
•I have a 5 minute grace period for all appointments.
•There is a charge for clients that are more than 5 minutes late. The cost of the late fee varies per service.
•Clients past 15 minutes late have forfeited their appointment and are considered a no show. Which means their deposit has been forfeited. If a deposit wasn’t paid for the service then a no show fee will need to be paid via square invoice before booking the appointment.
Explained:
Late clients affect my entire day and every client that comes after that. I book my clients back to back to ensure efficiency in my schedule. Being late puts me at the salon later than I had scheduled and forces me to rush thru the late clients appointment to ensure I’m not setting my other clients behind on their day and the things they have planned. Please be courteous to my other clients and myself by being on time to your appointments.
🎯winter weather🎯
Incase of unsafe driving conditions, I may cancel appointments or understand appointments being canceled. This is especially true for my clients that do not live in the immediate area. During the winter, please look at the weather a couple days before your appointment to make sure we do not need to reschedule.
Not all snow is bad snow. I use my discretion when considering if the weather is bad enough to cancel last minute. Usually if school is canceled, so are appointments.
🎯Please understand that I this is my career and how I support my family. While I love my profession and I am passionate about it, this is not a hobby or a side gig for me. I spent 2 years of my life in school along with countless hours of continuous continuing education. When clients cancel last minute or no show their appointments, I am not making an hourly wage. My income is solely based on the appointments I have scheduled and those clients showing up. 🎯

🚨LASH CLIENTS🚨 with summer coming I highly suggest getting in a recurring for your lash fills or try to get a few of them booked. Openings are starting to get scarce 😬
🚨COLOR CLIENTS🚨 last minute color appointments have became almost impossible with all these ladies wanting to be blonde for the warm weather. I definitely recommend booking your color appointments a couple weeks in advance.
I will always try to get my clients in even if it’s last minute but sometimes it’s not always possible. Help me help you and pre-book! 😊

I’m sure most of you are aware of the tragic incident that took a young man’s life on his way to school. For those of us that live here and especially the ones that have children, it’s affected us all in different ways. Personally, I see the careless and reckless driving in Cheyenne on a daily basis. Our children NEED to be more protected. No one should have to lose a child especially in an area where your child should be safe.
Starting April 1 we will be taking donations at Tuskers and DTs bar/ package liquor in remembrance of Mak. Donations made at either of the bars will help support Wyoming Safe Route to School Program plan. Anyone can come in to buy raffle tickets or to make a donation.
The Wyoming Safe Route to School program helps make updates to cross walks, school and public education, conducting warranted safety upgrades and improvements- including pedestrian activated rapid flashes or high intensity activated crosswalk.
Stop by any time we are open to buy a raffle ticket or make a donation! Help support our community and keep our children safe.
